At Cork, marriages of wine and food are initiated by your choice of wine.
Before preparing dishes, we make it a point to sense each element of the wine of your choice: its color, scent, flavor, and origin.
The plate, prepared exclusively for the specific wine, featuring ingredients inspired by it, allows you to experience a completely new world of scent and taste.

当店ではワインの香りを最大限に楽しんでいただけるよう、香水を付けてのご来店は控えていただくようお願いします。
ご予約時間から30分を過ぎてご連絡の取れない場合はキャンセル扱いとさせていただき、お待ちのお客様をご案内させていただく場合がございます。
当日のキャンセル、人数変更につきましてはコース料金の50%（3,996円）、営業開始17:30以降はコース料金の100％（7,992円）を頂戴いたします。前日が定休日、または話し中の場合は、留守番電話にメッセージをお残しください。

※To make/confirm reservations, please call us during the reception opening hours (14:00〜17:30/22:00〜24:00).
Please kindly refrain from calling us outside these hours unless your call is about reservations on the same day.
※We only accept reservation up to one month in advance to the date.
※When making reservations, please provide us with the following information:

[2] first name, family name/phone number,
[3] dietary requirements (if any).
We kindly ask all our customers to be noted with the following when visiting us:
※Smoking is not allowed in our restaurant.
※We only accept customers 18 years old or over.
※Please kindly refrain from wearing strong perfume or colognes so that the scent and flavor of wine can be fully enjoyed.

If the reservation is cancelled (or the number of course meal reservation is reduced) on the day of your booking, we will charge cancellation fee as listed below.
●Cancellation before 17:30: 50% of the course price per person (JPY 3,996)
●Cancellation after 17:30: 100% of the course price per person (JPY 7,992)
In order to avoid the cancellation fee, please kindly call us before the day of your booking. If we happen to be closed or the line is busy, please leave your message in our answering machine.
